CORE ANSWER

To evaluate research peptides in Thailand, check the exact material and amount first, then the documents for the lot being offered, its release status, delivery arrangements and the final order terms. A catalogue listing, a purity claim and a published research paper answer different questions; none replaces a traceable lot record.

THAI BIO LABS is preparing for launch. No current lots are published because the initial peptides have not yet been purchased. The catalogue and educational guides can be reviewed now; they do not establish that a product is available or that testing has been completed.

01

Six questions to ask before selecting a supplier

  • What exact compound, form and declared amount am I comparing?
  • Is the price for one vial or a pack, and what is included in the total?
  • Does the available COA refer to the lot and material being offered?
  • Is that lot released, awaiting documentation or unavailable?
  • Where will the order dispatch from, and what delivery terms apply to my address?
  • What order confirmation, documentation and support will I receive?

Use the same questions for every supplier. Record unanswered questions as unknown, then ask for the missing information before treating the offers as equivalent. A detailed website is useful only when its claims can be connected to the actual material.

RESEARCH PROCUREMENT WORKSHEET

Compare two suppliers

Record the same details for each offer. Leave unanswered fields blank or write “Unknown”. Entries are notes, not verification or an endorsement. For laboratory research only.

Your entries stay in this open page and are not submitted or saved by this worksheet. Print or save a PDF before leaving or reloading. Do not enter personal or confidential information.

Supplier A

Supplier B

A completed worksheet does not authenticate a COA, confirm regulatory status or establish suitability for a research protocol. Check original records and resolve differences with each supplier.

02

Identify the material and declared amount

Start in the Peptide Library with the compound name, the selected strength and any stated form or modification. Do not assume that similar product names, fragments or blends are interchangeable. If the form is not stated, request clarification rather than filling in the gap.

A declared amount on a vial is a catalogue specification. Keep it separate from a laboratory result for identity, purity or measured content. The product page describes the item; the Evidence Library discusses published research; a Batch Record documents a particular lot.

03

Compare prices on the same basis

  • Match the compound, form, declared amount per vial and number of vials.
  • Check whether the displayed price is per vial, per pack or conditional on quantity.
  • Include the applicable delivery charge and any charges shown before payment.
  • Check the final total and the actual eligibility of any offer at the time of ordering.

Price per declared milligram can help compare otherwise equivalent offers, but it is a purchasing calculation, not a measurement of material content or quality. A lower price does not resolve a missing COA, and a higher price does not verify a lot.

This guide does not fix payment methods, discounts or minimum quantities. Use the current catalogue, Supply page and final order summary when ordering is enabled.

04

Read the COA for the lot being offered

Open the original report where available, rather than relying only on a purity badge or cropped image. Compare the material name, lot or sample identifier, report date, named issuer, test method and reported result. The COA guide below explains these fields individually.

ICH Q7 section 11.4 describes batch identity, certificate dates, tests, acceptance limits and results in its API manufacturing context. We use it as a documentation reference, not as evidence that TBL is GMP certified. [1]

Ask how the tested sample relates to the supplied lot. A matching identifier is a useful link, but it does not by itself prove authenticity or representative sampling. Manufacturer documentation and a separately commissioned laboratory report should retain their source labels; one should not silently stand in for the other.

Keep research evidence separate: a study about a compound cannot verify the contents of a supplier’s vial, and a COA cannot establish a therapeutic benefit.

05

Check availability and documentation separately

A listed compound is not necessarily in stock. Look for the status of the exact strength and current lot, then check which documents have actually been published. A previous lot’s report is historical evidence, not a replacement for the next lot’s documentation.

At TBL, the current absence of lot records is intentional before the first purchase and testing cycle. No result, laboratory confirmation or release date should be inferred from an empty Batch Records search. Return to the catalogue for the current supply status.

If a later search does not find an expected record, first check the entered identifier and product details. An unmatched search is a reason to ask for clarification; it is not, by itself, a finding that a product is counterfeit.

06

Confirm delivery within Thailand

TBL plans domestic dispatch from Chiang Mai. Check the Supply page for the terms in effect when ordering becomes available, including destination coverage, dispatch arrangements, delivery charges and any exclusions. Confirm address-specific details rather than assuming Bangkok, Chiang Mai and remote destinations share the same service.

  • Distinguish dispatch time from time in transit.
  • Confirm packaging and any stated transport conditions for the material.
  • Check how tracking and delivery problems will be handled.
  • Retain the order reference and the lot information supplied with the shipment.

Domestic delivery is an operational benefit, not an analytical result. A Thai dispatch address or a fast delivery estimate does not establish the identity, purity or condition of a particular lot.

07

Follow the order through to its documentation

When ordering is enabled, select the exact product and strength, review its current status and available documents, then confirm quantities, delivery details and the final total. Rely on the confirmation issued by the active order process; a guide page is not an order acceptance.

On receipt, compare the product and lot identifiers with the order and published record. Keep the report version and order reference together so that a later question can be tied to the material received. Where an identifier or document is missing or inconsistent, ask for clarification before treating the record as complete.

08

Research-use scope and Thailand regulatory questions

TBL presents these materials for laboratory research. This guide does not provide human dosing, administration instructions or treatment advice. Published human research, where discussed in the Evidence Library, does not change the intended use of a TBL research material.

Thai FDA guidance describes distinct approval and import processes for different drug-related circumstances. It does not provide a blanket permission for every product described as a research peptide. Use the current official guidance and an appropriate substance-specific enquiry for a proposed activity. [2]

The research-use label, a domestic address and a COA should not be treated as substitutes for checking the requirements that apply to the actual material and activity.

KEY PRINCIPLE

Compare the same material, verify the documents for the relevant lot and confirm the current supply terms. Keep unknowns visible until they can be resolved.
