Information you submit
The contact form collects your name, email address, inquiry type, message and required research-use acknowledgement. Your phone number, order number and lot number are optional. The form also records the selected language. Research Digest signup collects your email address, the displayed language, a monthly-newsletter consent marker and the welcome-offer description. Both forms include a hidden anti-spam field and a form identifier. Online checkout is not currently enabled; these forms do not request payment-card details or a delivery address. Please do not include medical information, payment-card details or other sensitive personal information in your message.
How information is used
THAI BIO LABS uses contact enquiries to review and respond to your request. An enquiry does not subscribe you to Research Digest. A Digest signup saves your consent to the monthly newsletter and sends a confirmation email; your email address is verified only after you explicitly confirm using that link. Newsletter consent and email verification do not establish voucher eligibility or place an order. You can withdraw newsletter consent using the unsubscribe link or by emailing contact@thaibiolabs.com. You can also use that address to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted.
Service providers
New contact and Research Digest submissions are stored privately in the database of our hosted WordPress website and can be reviewed only by authorised administrators. Proton Mail handles contact notifications and Digest confirmation emails. Contact alerts contain a receipt reference and a sign-in link; the full enquiry stays in WordPress. Cloudflare provides DNS and encrypted backup storage. Earlier submissions made through the Astro website remain in Netlify Forms and are not automatically treated as verified WordPress subscribers. Anti-spam controls use a hidden field, request limits and keyed identifiers; hosting security logs may contain IP addresses. These services are separate from any future payment processing.
Record retention
New contact enquiries and Digest signup records, including verified registrations, are scheduled for deletion from the working WordPress database 365 days after submission. Newsletter registrations expire with those records; you can submit a new signup to continue. Withdrawal clears the stored Digest payload and suppresses further confirmation messages. Restricted encrypted recovery backups may contain older copies and are kept separately from the working database; they are not used for newsletter delivery. For help with an earlier Netlify submission, an email held in Proton Mail or a deletion request, contact contact@thaibiolabs.com.
Promotional eligibility
When ordering is enabled, information already required to process an order—such as a normalized email address or phone number and, where available, a payment-provider customer or payment identifier—may be used to determine whether an order qualifies for a first-order promotion. This verification is separate from marketing consent and does not require an account. Eligibility is checked against completed or paid order records. Local browser storage controls whether promotional notices are shown; it is not authoritative proof of first-order eligibility.
Research-use acknowledgement
The site-entry research-use acknowledgement is stored only in local browser storage on the visitor’s device for 30 days, together with the acknowledgement version and acceptance time. It is used to avoid showing the entry notice on every page visit. No checkout acknowledgement or transaction record is collected yet because online checkout is not enabled.
Local browser storage
Local browser storage is used for the 30-day research-use entry acknowledgement, interface preferences such as dismissed promotional notices, and to keep shopping-cart contents on the visitor’s device between pages. Browser storage controls display behaviour only and does not determine first-order discount eligibility. Cart contents are not payment information and are not transmitted as an order at this stage.
When you confirm your Research Digest email, we set a first-party functional cookie named tbl_digest_checkout for up to 30 days, or until the subscription record expires if earlier. It contains a signed subscription reference, not your email address or payment-card details. It lets checkout verify email ownership in this browser when checking the ฿500 first-order offer. Your billing email must match your confirmed subscription; current newsletter consent and previous eligible orders are checked separately. The cookie is not used for advertising or analytics. Deleting it requires email confirmation again; unsubscribing makes the subscription ineligible. To obtain a new confirmation link, submit the Research Digest signup form again. Confirming a subscription does not place an order or open payments.
Optional analytics
When enabled, Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures page visits, product and documentation views, cart interactions and contact-link clicks. Our event fields exclude form entries, email addresses and URL query strings. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Google processes these measurements under its privacy policies.
Your choice is stored on this device for 180 days. If you allow analytics, Google uses analytics cookies with a configured lifetime of 180 days, renewed on visits. Use Analytics settings at the bottom of any page to withdraw consent. Withdrawal removes the analytics cookies accessible to this site and reloads the page; it does not erase measurements already sent. Declining does not restrict website access.
