Yes. Bacteriostatic Water 10 mL is listed separately in Lab Essentials as a standalone laboratory supply.

When ordering opens, free tracked delivery is planned throughout Thailand from Chiang Mai. Estimated transit is 1–2 days after dispatch for most destinations; remote areas may require 2–3 days. Same-day Chiang Mai delivery is subject to confirmation of your address, order time and courier availability.

Every released lot is linked to a traceable lot record. Released peptide lots are supported by independent third-party analytical testing with a corresponding COA, together with manufacturer testing and the manufacturer COA. The lot record identifies the tested lot, laboratory, analytical methods and reported results, with additional analytical documentation available where applicable.

Pending means the documentation for that lot has not yet been published as a completed record. Ordering remains unavailable until the required lot documentation has been reviewed and published, and the lot has been released.

Storage requirements may differ between products and between sealed and reconstituted material. Refer to product- and lot-specific handling information where available rather than applying one general rule to every material.

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed as lost or undelivered and the replacement requirements are satisfied, a replacement order will be sent at no additional charge.

Once the damage or fulfilment error has been verified and the replacement requirements are satisfied, the affected items will be resent at no additional charge.

An order may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. After dispatch, ordinary change-of-mind returns are not accepted because handling and chain-of-custody must be protected. Any mandatory rights that apply remain unaffected.
