Peptide Calculator & Research Planner
Your quantities. Your schedule. Clear calculations.
Use this free peptide calculator to estimate laboratory solution concentrations and volumes, then plan research-material requirements using your own inputs.

05 / YOUR RESULT
Your calculated measurement
Start by selecting your vial. Your results will appear here as you complete each step.
Complete your quantities and choose a syringe to see the measurement scale.
100 U-100 scale units = 1 mL. Volume markings only, not peptide activity units. Diagram is not to scale; actual graduation precision varies.

02 / QUANTITIES & SCHEDULE
Build your research plan
Choose products, enter your own quantities, then select the exact weekdays. One research use per selected day. Each row can start on a different date.
Your calculated plan
Stock estimates assume full vial content and no loss. Run-out means the first scheduled use that stock cannot cover; it is not an expiry or stability date. Required purchases deduct the stock you enter. Rows allocate material separately. Prices and discounts are confirmed in your basket.
Calendar reminders
Download and import the file into your calendar. Notification settings are controlled by your calendar app. Review the events before importing; remove old imports when updating your plan.
Optional. Saved inputs may be visible to anyone using this browser. They are not sent to an account. Calendar files include your selected products and quantities. Basket storage is separate.
Advanced · Calculate volume from a target concentration
Use this only when your research protocol specifies a target concentration. Final volume = vial quantity ÷ target concentration. For example, 10 mg ÷ 5 mg/mL = 2 mL final solution. This is not an additional volume to add.
Worked example: calculate peptide concentration
For arithmetic illustration only, assume 10 mg of material in a final solution volume of 2 mL:
- Concentration: 10 mg ÷ 2 mL = 5 mg/mL.
- Unit conversion: 5 mg/mL × 1,000 = 5,000 mcg/mL.
- At the same 2 mL final volume, 20 mg would give 10 mg/mL (10,000 mcg/mL). Always match the amount to the selected vial.
These are nominal concentrations assuming the stated amount is present and fully dissolved. They are not measured results, solvent or preparation recommendations, or doses for human or veterinary use. Final solution volume is not necessarily the volume of liquid added.
Questions & calculation notes
Does a peptide mixing calculator tell me how to prepare a solution?
No. This peptide reconstitution calculator performs concentration and volume arithmetic from your inputs. It does not select a solvent, validate solubility or establish stability or sterility. Use the final solution volume, not an assumed extra volume to add, and follow your laboratory method and material documentation.
Does the planner recommend quantities or schedules?
No. You enter the quantity, frequency, weekdays and duration. Outputs are arithmetic based on those inputs, not a recommended protocol.
What do syringe units mean?
This tool uses the U-100 scale only: 100 marked units = 1 mL. These are volume markings, not peptide potency or biological activity units. Never apply this scale to a different syringe calibration. The drawing is schematic; it cannot establish whether a volume can be measured accurately.
How are run-out dates calculated?
The first scheduled date that your stated stock cannot fully cover is shown. Each selected weekday represents one research use. Quantities assume full labelled vial content with no loss. Dates do not establish expiry, sterility or stability after reconstitution.
How do calendar reminders work?
Download the .ics file and import it into your calendar. Times use your calendar’s local time zone. Notification delivery depends on your calendar settings. Existing imports are not automatically updated when you edit a plan; remove outdated events before importing a revised file.
Can every planned product be purchased?
Only currently orderable lots can be added to the basket. Unreleased products remain visible for planning but are excluded from purchase. Each row is calculated separately; remaining material is not shared between rows.
Is this suitable for human or veterinary use?
No. Laboratory research only. No dose, treatment, injection technique or medical advice is provided. Independently check every result against your laboratory SOP and lot documentation.
Concentration = mg ÷ mL. Volume = quantity (mg) ÷ concentration. U-100 scale units = mL × 100. Total material = quantity per use × scheduled uses. Required vials are rounded up.
